News like this never gets old! We’re excited to once again be a recipient of a Top Workplace Award from the Minneapolis Star Tribune! This marks the 4th consecutive year our team has received this award.
Reliable Plus, a Lube-Tech company, is driven by the purpose to make tomorrow a little bit better than today, guided by values and tireless work to fulfill promises to each other, customers and communities. This recognition as a Top Workplace as one of the most progressive companies in Minnesota means a great deal. The rating is based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
This marks the second award we’ve received in 2022! In January, we got the news that we had earned a 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award.

The nomination process for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey conducted anonymously by Energage. Thousands of organizations were invited to participate in the survey and over 70,000 employees responded. Many Lube-Tech and Reliable Plus teammates responded to the survey to help Energage with their research.
